Below is a list of skills the students will be working toward during class. To move onto the next advanced class you must have the skills with ** beside it.

Conditioning will be during the last 10-15 minutes of each class.

1 hour 15 minutes class, 1x per week.
Below is a list of skills the students will be working toward during class. This is a progressive class and athlete must have running tumbling skills independently and working on running back tucks. These three levels are combined until the need to separate becomes a necessity.
Level 3
Round off back tuck
Round off back handspring back tuck
Standing back handspring series 3x
Front tuck
Aerial (side and front)
Front handspring rebound
Standing back tuck
Front handspring step out through to round off back handspring back tuck
Round off 3 back handsprings to back tuck
Begin back layout drills
Level 4
Lay out
Lay out step out
Arabian front
Standing back handsprings to back tuck
Standing tuck
Jump series to back tuck
Front tuck through to round off back handspring layout
Whip back drills
Begin layout jump turns to progress to twisting
Level 5
Full twist-triple twist
Whip combo through to full
Back tuck punch to front through pass
Standing back handspring to full twist

Combination tumbling passes
